Why there’s a monthly plan
The sensor hardware is a one-time purchase. The $7 monthly package covers seven selected capabilities, sending sensor data to the cloud, processing that data, and delivering alerts. Alert and event history is included. The seven can be customized by property, and deployments over 50 sensors receive the $5 per-sensor monthly rate.

Does Legacy Sensor record guests or conversations?
No. Legacy Sensor does not use cameras and does not record audio or conversations. It monitors selected environmental conditions and reports configured events.
What does the Bluetooth feature track?
The Bluetooth Staff Time Clock is for assigned cleaners or staff. It records their arrival and departure when a registered phone comes within range; it does not control access to the property.
Can I set different limits for different properties?
Yes. Monitoring features and environmental thresholds can be configured per sensor, or one configuration can be applied across multiple properties.
Can an alert guarantee the outcome of a platform claim?
No. Legacy Sensor provides timestamped monitoring records, but each booking platform or other third party determines what information it accepts and how it resolves a claim.
Can one account cover several rentals?
Yes. Sensors and events can be organized by their assigned property, allowing a team to monitor multiple rentals from one Sensor App account.
